Well there cannot be that many young boys who have not gazed up at the Stars and wondered what is out there and I dare say a number of young girls too.
I was one of those and it never strayed that far from my mind, despite the wanton and never ending badgering from some quarters, I could still keep abreast every now and then of the news and what was going on in the worlds of astronomy & astrophysics, though the latter I was not to get my head around until much later.
Than reminds me one of my brothers has one of my atsrophysics books?!
Like Phil Jupitas stated in a documentary I was also disapointed that many things we were told about at school confined to the realms of science fiction would become reality around the year 2000, give or take a couple of years.
Today the only thing os any significance is the fact that our aircraft have taken a step backwards in time with the grounding of Concord!
BAH HUMBUG!!
So I will, from time to time, speculate about many things on here and explain things to the best of my understanding.
